Use this form to submit issues and requested fixes during the beta period of the LESI.org website. Please provide the following information:
- Name and contact information of person reporting
- Page with the issue or request
- The type of issue or request
- The requested change
Please use a separate entry for each issue or request so we can track them.
We will review all requests and address them throughout the beta review and after the go-live.
