Employee-Inventors Compensation

Numerous countries have statutory provisions which require employers to pay their employee-inventors “compensation” for the inventions they make. However, such laws are completely unharmonized. This leaves employers with research facilities in multiple locations internationally in a deeply unsatisfactory position.
