Mission

The mission of the Dispute Resolution Committee is to monitor what is going on in Dispute Resolution, both concerning ordinary civil disputes and alternative dispute resolution, e.g. Arbitration and Mediation, and to study and report on developments in resolving disputes, including litigation, best practices in arbitration and mediation, and relevant changes in the procedural and substantive laws affecting resolution of civil disputes through litigation and arbitration in various jurisdictions.

Chairs

Russell Levine (LES USA/Canada)

Russell E. Levine, P.C., CLP is chair. He is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he specializes in patent infringement litigation and patent licensing. His practice includes Section 337 litigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

 

 

Vice-Chairs

Anita Leung (LES China)

Anita Leung is a partner of Jones Day, focusing on all aspects of IP issues, including licensing, franchising, IP commercialization, enforcement and litigation and product regulatory compliance. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the Licensing Executives Society China (Hong Kong Sub-chapter).

 

 

 

Peter Chrocziel (LES Germany)

Peter Chrocziel is a Past President of LESI and partner of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in their Munich office, working with international clients on all aspects of IP and IT legal issues, including the interface to antitrust law.
