• Membership Project
  
  Project seeks as its goal to have a Committee Membership of 50 by the time of the South Africa meeting and 75 by the time of the Chicago meeting.

• 1-Day ADR Training Program
  
  Project involves the development of a 1-day ADR Training Program that will be offered the day after WIPO mediation course and will focus on licensing disputes.

• Criteria Development for Mediator Lists for licensing disputes
  
  Project involves the development of criteria for use in creating a list of mediators for licensing disputes.

• LESI Mediator List
  
  The aim of this Project is to create a LESI mediator and arbitrator list based on the criteria developed.

• WIPO Survey
  
  The aim of this Project is to provide input into, distribute and prepare a workshop to present the results of a WIPO survey entitled “Dispute Resolution Needs in International Patent Licensing and Technology Transfer”.

• les Nouvelles Publications
  
  The goal of this Project is to identify a topic and a person who would be willing to author an article on the topic for publication in les Nouvelles and to get the article written and published.

• Project: Committee Web Pages
  
  The goal of this Project is to fill, and maintain current, the content its Committees Web Pages.

• Chicago 2010
  
  Project involves the planning and preparation of Workshop(s) at the 2010 LES USA/Canada Annual Meeting, September 26-29, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. comparing and contrasting the pros and cons of arbitration versus civil litigation for licensing disputes.
